Class Descriptions

PAMELA TEACHING CLASS

  • Shallow water aerobics utilizes all the skills of an aerobics class on land, except it’s in the water. Participants get a great cardiovascular workout using barbells and other equipment.
  • Deep water aerobics: All participants wear buoyancy belts to help participants feel comfortable in deep water and to get a great workout. In the deep water, there is less impact on your legs and joints; however this class is a great workout focusing on cardiovascular exercises and abdominal stretches.
  • Cardio Water Polo:  is a great cardio workout using the buoyancy belts that focuses on ball handling and team building while playing pool polo.

All classes are an hour in length and taught by a CRC instructor. Each instructor has their own style, however regardless of instructor you are always guaranteed to get a great workout!!
