Yoga Classes with Taylor

Each class begins with a breathing exercise awakening your body and removing any stale air.  The postures are designed to develop balance, core strength and spinal alignment.  Taylor, having a license in massage therapy, an extensive athletic back ground and 250hour training in Evolution Hot Yoga, believes there are benefits to every posture to be had by everyone.  This 75 minute moving meditation will flush out toxins, elevate your rate and help to prevent injuries.  It is good for yogis, cross trainers, and those who wish to just simply move their bodies! It is based upon the 26-2 yoga series.
