Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits. The class that we offer here at the CRC is focused on helping to improve balance and flexibility. Tai Chi is a progression class that meets two times a week and runs for eight weeks. To really see results it is helpful to participate for the full eight weeks. This is a beginner class. We will make accommodations in teaching for people who need to stay seated.
