Swim for Fitness

This class is about you, whether you are a beginner or advance lap swimmer, the benefits of working with an instructor to advance your workout regime are available.  We will help you to meet your individual goals, such as targeting a particular part of your body with different drills and workouts, achieving fluid transitions at the wall as you move lap to lap, or giving you the tools to increase your heart rate for a more aerobic workout.  We want to help you bridge the gap between your energy and your success.
