BYOK Kettlebells

Kettlebell training is different than other forms of weight training because many parts of the body are exercised simultaneously, and elevates the heart rate for effective cardiovascular training. Kettlebell exercises are whole-body exercises requiring full body integration and core stabilization. There is no such thing as isolated muscle work in kettlebell training. You’ll build long lean muscles, improve strength and power in the upper body, core and lower body and increase co-ordination, joint mobility and overall endurance. Make sure to bring your own Kettlebell to class! (To choose your starting kettle bell, choose a weight you are able to swing 10x with each hand without being over tired. Kettlebells are available at most major big box retailers and sports stores.)
