Group Exercise Schedule

Below is the current schedule for all of the Group Exercise Classes at the Catskill Recreation Center.

All group exercises are $3 unless marked differently.

MONDAY

9:00 am-10:00am:  Shallow Water Aerobics with Cheryl

9:15am-10:00am: Spin Express with Maria

10:30am-11:30am: Yoga with Kathy

10:30am-11:30am: Deep Water with Buoyancy with April

11:30am – 12:30pm: Advanced Deep Water Buoyancy with April

11:30am – 12:30:  OFA Tai Chi for Arthritis Part Two with Kathy (starts January 14th runs for 8 weeks)

4:00pm – 5:00pm: Advanced CRC Tai Chi

5:15pm- 6:15pm: Youth Swim Club*$6.25

6:30pm – 7:30pm: Triathlon Club Swim Practice with Rob

TUESDAY

7:00am- 8:00am: Salsa Aerobics with Maria

9:00am- 10:00am: Aquatics Salsa Aerobics with Maria

9:00am-10:00am: Body Sculpt with Pamela

10:00am-11:00am: Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson’s*$10

3:45pm- 4:45pm: Margaretville School CROP Program(in pool starting 1/15 to 3/7)

5:30pm – 6:30pm: Spin with Amy

5:30pm- 6:30pm: Adult Swim Lessons *$50 pre-registration $60 day of registration (Starts January 8th six classes)

6:30pm- 7:30pm: Advanced Deep Water Buoyancy with Rose

WEDNESDAY

10:00am-11:00am: Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson’s*$10

2:00pm- 3:00pm: Adult Swim Lessons *$50 pre-registration $60 day of registration (Starts January 9th six classes)

4:00pm-6:00pm Youth Swim Lessons *$50 pre-registration $60 day of registration (Starts January 9th 8 classes)

5:00pm-7:00pm: Weight Watchers Meeting (set-up at 3:45 pm.  Must be a WW member)

6:00pm-7:45pm:  Family Open Swim – Non-members*$10 per family

THURSDAY

9:30am – 10:30am: Adult Swim Lessons *$50 pre-registration $60 day of registration (Starts January 10 six classes)

10:00am-11:00am: Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson’s*$10

10:30am-11:45am: Deep Water Buoyancy & Cardio Ball Workout with April

SATURDAY

2:00pm-3:00pm: Kickboxing with Mike

3:00pm-4:00pm Kid’s Kickboxing with Mike (January 19 – February 9) SOLD OUT

4:00pm-5:00pm Kid’s Kickboxing with Mike (January 19 – February 9) *$25 for four classes SOME SPACES LEFT

SUNDAY

11:00am-11:45am: Pilates with Ginger

12:00pm – 2:00pm:  Triathlon Club Bike Practice with Rob (Starts January 20th) Bring your road bike*$6 Fee
