Group Exercise Schedule

Below is the current schedule for all of the Group Exercise Classes at the Catskill Recreation Center through October 7, 2017.

MONDAY

9:15am-10am: Spin Express with Mindy *$3

10:30am-11:30am: Yoga with Kathy

10:30am-11:45am: Deep Water Buoyancy & Cardio Ball Workout with April *$3

4pm-5pm: CRC Chi- Advanced Tai Chi with Kathy (Starts September 18. Pre-Req:  Must have taken OFA Beginner & Advanced Tai Chi)

5:15pm-6:15pm:  P90X*$3 

WEDNESDAY

6:15am – 7:15am – Spin with Dave *$3

11am-12pm: Tai Chi for Beginners with Jessica

5pm-6pm: Shallow Water Aerobics with Cheryl

5pm-7pm: Weight Watchers Meeting (set-up at 3:45 pm.  Must be a WW member)

THURSDAY

10am-11am: Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson’s*$10

10:30am-11:45am: Deep Water Buoyancy & Cardio Ball Workout with April *$3

5:45pm-6:45pm: Spin Happy Hour with Ashley *$3 (last day September 28)

6pm-7:45pm: Family Open Swim – Non-member* $10 per Family

FRIDAY

10:30am-11:30am: Yoga & Meditation with Kathy

12pm-1pm: Water Aerobics with Kathy

6pm-7:45pm: Family Open Swim – Non-member*$10 Per Family

SATURDAY

10am-10:45am: Pilates with Ginger

4pm-5pm: Kickboxing with Mike *$3

5pm-6:45pm:  Family Open Swim – Non-member*$10 Per Family

SUNDAY

11am-11:45am: Pilates with Ginger

4pm-5pm: Kickboxing with Mike*$3

5pm-6:45pm:  Family Open Swim – Non-member*$10 Per Family

Classes are included with membership or day pass unless an additional fee is noted.

*Registration starts one hour prior to class
