Group Exercise Schedule

Below is the current schedule for all of the Group Exercise Classes at the Catskill Recreation Center.

All group exercises are $3 unless marked differently.

Ask about our class pass.
Allows for unlimited classes each month: $20/month; $220/year

MONDAY

8:00am-9:00am: On the Ball Salsa with Maria

9:15am-10:00am: Spin Express with Maria

10:30am-11:30am: Yoga with Kathy

11:30am-12:30:  OFA Tai Chi for Arthritis Part Two with Kathy (starts January 14th runs for 8 weeks)

4:00pm-5:00pm: Advanced CRC Tai Chi

 

TUESDAY

8:45am-9:45am: Body Sculpt with Pamela

10:15am-11:15am: Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson’s*$10

1:15pm-2:15pm: OFA Tai Chi for Beginners with Nina

4:30pm-5:15pm: Ball Pilates with Ginger

5:30pm – 6:30pm: Spin with Amy

 

WEDNESDAY

9:00am- 9:45am: Spin with Maria

10:15am-11:15am: Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson’s*$10

5:00pm-7:00pm: Weight Watchers Meeting (set-up at 3:45 pm.  Must be a WW member)

 

 

THURSDAY

10:15am-11:15am: Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson’s*$10

11:30am- 12:30pm: OFA Advanced Tai Chi  for Arthritis Part Two with Kathy (starts January 14th runs for 8 weeks)

5:00pm-6:00pm:  BYOK Kettlebells (Member-run)

6:00pm – 7:00pm: Pilates with Jennifer

7:00pm – 7:45pm: Stretch & Release with Jennifer

 

FRIDAY

9:00am-10:00am: Spin Plus with Maria

10:30am-11:30am: Yoga & Meditation with Kathy

1:15pm-2:15pm: OFA Tai Chi for Beginners with Nina

5:30pm-6:30pm: Spin With Nola

6:30pm – 7:30pm: Triathlon Club run practice with Rob

 

SATURDAY

9:00am-9:45 am:  Spin with Nola

10:00am-10:45am: Pilates with Ginger

11:00am-1:30pm: Ping Pong Club (1/2 Group XC room open)

2:00pm-3:00pm: Kickboxing with Mike

 

SUNDAY

11:00am-11:45am: Pilates with Ginger

12:00pm – 2:00pm:  Triathlon Club Bike Practice with Rob,  Bring your road bike*$6 Fee

2:00pm-3:00pm: Kickboxing with Mike
