Group Exercise Schedule

Below is the current schedule for all of the Group Exercise Classes at the Catskill Recreation Center.

All group exercises are $3 unless marked differently.

Ask about our class pass.
Allows for unlimited classes each month: $20/month; $220/year

MONDAY

8:00am-9:00am: On the Ball Salsa with Maria

9:15am-10:00am: Spin Express with Mindy

10:30am-11:30am: Yoga with Kathy

4:30pm-5:30pm:  CRC Advanced Tai Chi with Kathy

5:00pm-6:30pm:  Sand Volley Ball with Phil

TUESDAY

8:45am-9:45am: Body Sculpt with Pamela

10:15am-11:15am: Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson’s*$10

11:30pm-12:30pm:  CRC Intermediate Tai Chi with Kathy (Starts July 9 ends August 30 Tues & Friday)

12:30 pm-1:30pm: OFA Beginner Tai Chi with Nina (7/2/19 through 8/27/19)

4:15pm-5pm: Ball Pilates with Ginger

5:30pm – 6:30pm: Spin with Amy

WEDNESDAY

9:00am- 9:45am: Spin with Maria

5:00pm-7:00pm: Weight Watchers Meeting (Must be a WW member)

THURSDAY

10:15am-11:15am: Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson’s*$10

12:30 pm-1:30pm:  OFA Beginner’s Tai Chi for Arthritis with Nina (7/2/19 through 8/27/19)

5:00pm-6:00pm:  BYOK Kettlebells (Member-run)

6:00pm – 7:00pm: Pilates with Jennifer

7:00pm – 7:45pm: Stretch & Release with Jennifer

FRIDAY

9:00am-9:45am: Spin & Stretch with Maria

10:30am-11:30am: Yoga & Meditation with Kathy

11:30pm-12:30pm:  CRC Intermediate Tai Chi with Kathy (Starts July 9 ends August 30 Tues & Friday)

 

SATURDAY

9:00am-9:45 am:  Spin with Nola

10:00am-10:45am: Pilates with Ginger

11:00am-1:30pm: Ping Pong Club (1/2 Group XC room open)

SUNDAY

11:00am-11:45am: Pilates with Ginger
