Below is the current schedule for all of the Group Exercise Classes at the Catskill Recreation Center through June 17, 2017.

MONDAY

9:15am-10am: Spin Express with Mindy *$3

10:30am-11:30am: Yoga with Kathy

10:30am-11:45am: Deep Water Buoyancy & Cardio Ball Workout with April *$3

1pm-4pm: Summer Rec Gymnastics** (Starts July 3 Week long sessions)

1pm-4pm: Kids Summer Rec Program at the Pool (Starts July 3-Ends Aug 9)

4pm-5pm: Advanced Tai Chi with Kathy /Steve

4:30pm-6pm: Swim for Fitness & Open Water Training w/ Taylor* $3 (starts July 3)

TUESDAY

9am-10am: Body Sculpt with Pamela $3

10am-11am: Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson’s*$10 (starts June 25)

10:30am-11:30am: Water Aerobics with Kathy/Pamela

11am-12pm: Tai Chi for Beginners with Jessica

1pm-4pm: Summer Rec Gymnastics** (Starts July 3 Week long sessions)

1pm-4pm: Kids Summer Rec Program at the Pool (Starts July 3-Ends Aug 9)

4:30pm-5:15pm: Pilates with Ginger

6pm-7pm: Spin Happy Hour with Ashley *$3

7:15am-8pm: Kickboxing with Mike* $3 (starts June 25)

WEDNESDAY

6:15am – 7:15am – Spin with Dave *$3

9am-10:15am – Yoga with Taylor* $3 (starts July 5)

10:30am-11:30am – Swim for Fitness w/ Taylor* $3 (starts July 5)

11am-12pm: Tai Chi for Beginners with Jessica

5pm-6pm: Shallow Water Aerobics with Cheryl

5pm-7pm: Weight Watchers Meeting (Must be a WW member)

THURSDAY

4pm-5pm – Advanced Tai Chi

5pm-6pm: “BYOK” Kettlebells with Steve (Bring Your Own Kettlebell!) *$3

6pm-7pm: Spin Happy Hour with Ashley *$3

FRIDAY

10:30am-11:30am: Yoga & Meditation with Kathy

10:30am-11:30am: Pool Polo with April *$3

12pm-1pm: Water Aerobics with Kathy

1pm-4pm: Summer Rec Gymnastics** (Starts July 3 Week long sessions)

SATURDAY

10am-10:45am: Pilates with Ginger

9am-10am: Youth & Parent coached Lap Swim* $3 (starts July 8)

10am-11am: Youth & Parent Water Aerobics* $3 (starts July 8)

SUNDAY

8:45am-10am: Yoga with Taylor* $3 (starts July 2)

11am-11:45am: Pilates with Ginger

Classes are included with membership unless an additional fee is noted.
